Cream Soup Bases

The perfect base for making any cream soup and chowder.  Rich and creamy and so easy to prepare.  Just add water and heat.  To make a hearty cream soup, simply add your favorite vegetables such as celery, carrot, broccoli, asparagus or tomatoes to name a few. (Hint:  add a dash of Chicken Base for a special flavor.)  Add your favorite seafood chowder or bisque. (Hint:  add a dash of any of our seafood bases to add seafood taste without using seafood meat.)  Serve it in a bowl, pour it over angel hair pasta or spoon it into a pastry shell.  Be as creative as you feel.

 Simply add to water and heat.  You now have a cream soup foundation that you can serve as is or add your favorite ingredients to make a meal in itself.  So rich tasting and best of all…easy to make.

INGREDIENTS: Shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, lactose (milk), sodium caseinate,
dipotassium phosphate, sodium silicoaluminate [anti-caking agent), Food Starch-Modified (corn),
Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Buttermilk Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Whey (milk), Salt, Xanthan
Gum, Onion powder, Garlic Powder, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Caramel Color.
