Instant homemade soup stock made effortlessly – add your favorite ingredients for a complete soup or stew.  As a food seasoning, add directly from the jar to enhance the flavor of pasta, quiches, gravies, dips, breadings, stuffings, potatoes, rice, vegetables and sauté cooking.  Orrington Farmsâ bases are used in place of bouillon cubes, condensed soups and canned broths.  They taste better, are fat free and cholesterol free, have less salt and spices, and readily dissolve in hot tap or boiling water at a lower cost per serving.

 

HAM FLAVORED BASE – GRANULAR

 

 

 

 

 

 

 A granular style flavored base that contains no meat.  An ideal seasoning for beans and vegetables, especially greens, cabbage and potatoes.  Suggested uses include split pea soup, barbecue sauces, mashed potatoes, clam chowder, meat loaf, gravies and sauces.  One pound makes five gallons of delicious old-fashioned ham broth or stock.  Finished products taste like ham was used in the process—only in this case—no fat or cholesterol is present.

INGREDIENTS: Salt, Dextrose, Beef Fat (beef tallow, BHA, BHT, and citric acid added to protect flavor), Food Starch-Modified (corn), Smoke Flavored Yeast Powder (Torula yeast, natural smoke flavoring), Monosodium Glutamate, Seasoning (salt, hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, yeast extract, caramel color, flavoring, with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil
[cottonseed, soybean] added), Caramel Color, Onion Powder, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium
Guanylate, Oleoresin Paprika.
