Instant homemade soup stock made effortlessly. Add your favorite ingredients for a complete soup or stew.  As a food seasoning, add directly from the jar to enhance the flavor of pasta, quiches, gravies, dips, breadings, stuffings, potatoes, rice, vegetables and sauté cooking.  Orrington Farmsâ bases are used in place of bouillon cubes, condensed soups and canned broths.  They taste better, are fat free and cholesterol free, have less salt and spices, and readily dissolve in hot tap or boiling water at a lower cost per serving.

Tender, cooked chopped clams are the primary ingredient in this delicious base.  Add rich flavor to red and white clam sauces, seafood stuffing and dips.  The perfect product to fortify New England and Manhattan clam chowders

INGREDIENTS: Chopped Ocean Clams (ocean clams and ocean clam juice, salt, sodium tripolyphosphate [to retain natural juices] sodium erythorbate [to protect flavor], and calcium disodium EDTA [to protect color]), Salt, Food Starch-Modified (corn), Maltodextrin, Sugar, Dehydrated Potatoes, Unsalted Butter, Onion Powder, Clam Powder (spray dried clam extract), Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Lactic Acid.
